My yoga classes

Online Yoga
Join our friendly, accessible, online community and practice from the comfort of your own home. Cut out the traffic and travel, and enjoy time on your yoga mat with like-minded people. You are welcome to join ‘live online’ or have a recording of the class to enjoy your yoga practice at another time to suit you.
I share a range of yoga classes online (via Zoom) each week:
- Monday 6:30pm - Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga: for a more energetic, challenging physical practice.
- Wednesday 6:15pm - Hatha yoga: for relaxing, slower-paced movement, suitable for all levels of experience.
- Saturday 9:30am - Hatha Plus yoga: think Hatha yoga with optional extra challenges to improve strength.

Yoga Events
I offer a range of in-person yoga events including yoga for wellbeing, sound baths and menopause yoga.

These events are a wonderful way to pause from the demands of daily life to recharge yourself. They are an opportunity to explore yoga poses, breathwork, mindfulness and meditation and to relax deeply in a safe space. Give yourself the gift of self care (and tea and cake afterwards!)
